How to order

At this time, you can place an order on our site for the style you want. I do not accept payment until I have completed the order. As each order is custom-made, I do not carry stock. The current lead time is approximately 8-12 weeks.

Once you place an order, we can discuss color options and details for your product.

Currently, I have most of the badge outlines for the Greater Toronto Area. If you are from a service for which I do not have the outline, I will need to work with you to achieve the best fit. I will need a scan of the badge in a full-size 8x11 digital scan, front and back. This will allow me to determine the appropriate scale. I will send you templates to ensure the best fit.

Obviously, the best fit will be achieved with the badge in hand. However, I understand that this may not be possible for services located at a great distance.
